Exploring the Minor Prophets

Have you heard of someone named Amos, Nahum, Habakkuk, and Malachi in the Bible? Whether you answer “yes” or “huh?,” you are invited to join in a four week Bible study exploring these minor prophets in the Old Testament. If you are like me, they all sound alike and seem to say the same thing in the doomsday language. But do you know that some of them prophesied against Israel, some to Judah, some to Nineveh, and others to the post-exilic Judah? Wouldn’t it be fun to distinguish who they are and find out what their message is as well exploring their relevance to us today?

Instead of covering all twelve minor prophets, these books will be divided into four weeks with emphasis in one minor prophet per week. To make it easy for everyone, each Bible session will take place after church on Sunday from 11:30A.M to 12:30P.M. The first session begins on 4/11 and continues through 4/18, 4/25, and 5/2 as the final session.
